Joseline Nyinawabera, born in Rwanda, is a passionate advocate for positive change. She pursued her education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning a bachelor’s degree and later an MBA. With a diverse background in marketing spanning consumer packaged goods, higher education, real estate, and startups, Joseline now contributes her expertise to the global tech giant Intel.

Joseline is driven by her deep passion for marketing and a sincere desire to serve others. She founded BlkBlkd & Co., a boutique marketing agency dedicated to nurturing the growth and success of black-owned businesses. Drawing from her extensive background, marketing and sales education, and diverse industry experiences, she has partnered with over a dozen businesses across various sectors, serving clients nationwide.

Furthermore, Joseline has also pioneered a real estate marketing shop to empower real estate professionals with cutting-edge marketing strategies. In just six years, she has supported the growth and success of over 3,000 real estate professionals.

As a public speaker, Joseline has shared her insights on building authentic and strong personal brands with diverse audiences. She has addressed young professionals and high school athletes. She has been featured as a podcast co-host, in primetime news spotlights, and as a keynote speaker at the Women and Leadership Symposium at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Joseline’s roles as a marketing enthusiast, business consultant, real estate advocate, and public speaker converge in her mission to simplify marketing for agents and support the thriving of black-owned and small businesses. Having navigated the challenges of balancing multiple responsibilities, finding leads, and executing marketing strategies, she intimately understands the intricacies of business ownership.

Having co-founded a real estate marketing tech startup as a small and black-owned business, Joseline learned valuable lessons through successes and missteps. Now, she’s resolute in guiding others along a smoother path to success. Her mantra, “life as you climb,” reflects her commitment to sharing her wealth of experiences and education to benefit black-owned businesses, small businesses, and real estate professionals.
